Aim of this event is to identify the student with the traits of a good manager. It also aims to find out how each participants demonstrates the skills, knowledge and talents of a good manager. It Further tests him on how he uses the strategies to solve the problems. Participating Candidates will assessed for Managerial Skills through various task.

Rules:

  • Number of Participants for the event will only be 5 per Collage.
  • The Best Manager will be carried in 6 different rounds & those would be conducted in 1 day at regular intervals.
  • Participants need to be  professional dress code.
  • Each participants should carry their updated resume.
  • Rules and regulation of round will be declared on the spot.
  • Judges decisions are final.

 

Probable Round :-

  • Presentation on the given topic. Which will be common for all. Presentation time  5-6 minutes.
  • Numerical Aptitude test.
  • Rapid fire round
  • Interpretation of the current business scenario of different business.
  • Panel Interview

This Event based on Knowledge of participants. Quiz will be conducted for teams based on General Knowledge. Teams with Maximum scores in Final will be winner.

  • Only team entries are eligible.
  • A team shall consist of max two persons
  • The decision of the quiz-master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
  • First round will elimination round and after that shortlisted teams will be qualified for subsequent rounds.

Collage can nominate more than one team but maximum of two teams.

The idea behind conducting this competition is to provide a Platform to participants to explore their creativity and stage presence skills. It is Brain Testing Activity. In Business Plan Competition each team will be present their business idea or plan on any of it. Like a product/ Service for which teams need prepare their Comprehensive business plan model and present it.

Guidelines
  • Each team must comprise of minimum 2 members and maximum 4 members.
  • Colleges can have multiple teams
  • The participants are required to submit (through e-mail) a detailed business plan, very clearly demonstrating the way a particular problem is being addressed by business principles. The business plan should not exceed 15-18slides. The business plan submitted will be evaluated by a team consisting of the faculty members of the institute, entrepreneurs and corporate consultants.
  • The business plan must be organized in the following manner:
    1. Cover Page
    2. Index
    3. Executive Summary
    4. Problem Statement
    5. Business Preposition
    6. Marketing Plan
    7. Organization Plan
    8. Financial Plan
    9. References

Time limit for presentation is between 10 to 15 minutes.

In this Event Participants need to showcase their communication, leadership skills and presence of mind by presenting topic assigned to them on the spot.

  1. Each Participant shall be given three minutes to speak on a topic picked up by him/her by draw of lots.
  2. A bell will ring at the end of two minute to indicate that onemute is left to finish his/her speech.
  3. Language used shall be strictly English.

No objection shall be entertained as the Decision of the Judgesshall be final.

Cricket fever will be showered by this event. Six Over match, Minimum 6 and Maximum 8 players each side.

Guidelines
  • 6 players in one team& 1 substitute.
  • Each qualifying match will be of 3 overs after that playoffs match
  • will be of 4 overs.
  • 3 bowlers 1-1 over each and for next round only one bowler has 2
  • over and remaining 1-1 over.
  • If bad weather condition occurs like rain then box cricket event
  • will be cancel and entry fees will be refund.
  • Underarm bowling is compulsory
  • Over throw runs will be counted.

A treasure hunt is one of many different types of games with one or more players who try to find hidden objects or places by following a series of clues. The Team reaching the Treasure first will be winner.
Rules &
Guidelines
  • Each treasure hunt team should have 5  members.
  • Each team should announce a leader at the time of registration.
  • No team members should posses,electronic gadgets unless instructed to do so.
  • The clue has to be found in a particular order. The team cannot skip a
  • clue. Skipping a clue leads to disqualification of the team.
  • If you found other team’s clue by chance never tamper it. Tampering other team’s clue may lead to disqualification.
  • An entire team must stay together. Do not split up to find different clues.
  • If a team splits, it will be penalized by one point and after 3 penalty
  • points, team will be disqualified.
  • Each correctly solved clue carries 10 points.
  • All the clues of the teams are different and located at different places but
  • the final destination ie,the treasure is same. The team which finds the
  • treasure first wins.

Rules
  • Case theme will be on General Management and it will declared one day before the event. ie. 7th Feb 2018.
  • Team of Min 2 & Max 4 Members
  • Teams need to prepare PPT presentation on case theme and will have 15 minutes and 5 minutes Q&A round.
  • There should be 10-12 slide required.
